Key Responsibilities:

1. AMS Support (L2/L3)

- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.

- Conduct root-cause analysis and propose corrections.

- Provide support during shutdown/turnaround cycles.

- Ensure SLA compliance.

2. Functional Expertise SAP EAM

- Maintenance Notifications

- Work Order Management

- Task Lists & Maintenance Plans

- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

3. SAP EHSM

- Incident Management

- Risk Assessment & Controls

- Safety Observations & Reporting

- Permit-to-Work (PTW)

4. Integration & Cross-Functional Support

- MM, PP, Finance/CO, HSE integration

- Support GIS integration if applicable.

5. Enhancements & Improvement

- Requirement gathering and functional specifications.

- Configuration updates and UAT support.

6. Documentation & Governance

- Maintain documentation and support audits.

- Ensure data quality for asset master data.
