Configure and maintain contract management, valuation rules, interest rate matrices, and accounting settings for Right-of-Use (ROU) assets and lease liabilities.
Ensure the SAP CLM solution precisely matches statutory guidelines for IFRS 16 and ASC 842, accommodating lease modifications, reassessments, early terminations, and indexations.
Manage tight integration between SAP CLM/RE-FX and core modules, including SAP Asset Accounting (FI-AA), General Ledger (FI-GL), Controlling (CO), and Procurement (MM) for vendor-side leases.
Map, clean, and migrate complex historical lease data and active contract portfolios from legacy systems or Excel trackers into SAP CLM using standard data migration tools.
Author functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW), build comprehensive test scripts, and orchestrate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside Corporate Accounting teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for financial auditors and accounting teams to troubleshoot valuation discrepancies, system errors, and month-end closing bottlenecks.
Profile
Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on functional experience in SAP, with a proven track record of at least 1–2 full-lifecycle implementations specializing in SAP CLM or SAP RE-FX (Lease Accounting).
Extensive knowledge of SAP Real Estate (RE-FX) contract management architecture, valuation rules, cash flows, and statistical key figures.
Ability to perform SAP CLM (Contract and Lease Management)/MFRS16 in SAP S4/HANA, to use SAP Fiori applications, gather, analyze, and manage user requirements.
