Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain CRM systems, resolve production issues, coordinate with teams, and analyze data for reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
1+ years in CRM operation and maintenance
CRM product support experience preferred

Skills Required:

Coordination, execution, and sound judgment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Strong analytical and reporting skills
