About The Role
We are looking for SAP Data Migration Experts and a Coordinator to manage and execute end-to-end data migration activities for a large ERP deployment project. This role involves working closely with local business and functional teams, ensuring data conversion requirements align with global data migration standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end data migration execution for assigned SAP modules.
- Act as a liaison between local business teams and Global Data Migration Experts (GDMEs).
- Ensure local data requirements are accurately documented in conversion workbooks.
- Serve as the focal point for deployment project migration.
- Work with Business Data Owners (BDOs), ETL teams, functional experts, and legacy system teams.
- Verify data transformation tools and outputs for deployment projects.
- Prepare DMW load files and conduct initial verification.
- Execute DVT scripts and coordinate defect resolution and hypercare support.
- Escalate design defects and collaborate with global teams to resolve them.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in ERP project implementations.
- Strong expertise in SAP Data Migration across multi-country, multi-system environments.
- SAP module expertise in FIN, COM, MM, BM, IM, or WM.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BODS and data migration tools.
- SAP Certification in a relevant functional area.
- Fluent in English (additional languages preferred).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead meetings, track progress, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of GxP and CSV compliance.
