Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between Data Owners, Technical ETL teams, and Functional SAP teams
Support local data owners in coordinating data cleansing activities
Understand and communicate global data migration methodology and mapping template design; ensure compliance with standards, design, and timelines
Proactively ensure all tasks related to assigned data objects are delivered on time and with quality
Anticipate risks and coordinate resolution discussions with dependent object owners and cross-functional teams
Act as the first line of support for migration defects and data-related issues
Support application owners by providing inputs on data propagation and downstream impacts
Lead post-migration review sessions and document lessons learned for assigned scope
Required Skills & Capabilities:
Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP data migration cycles in implementation projects
Minimum of 2 years of direct interaction with business users
Functional and technical knowledge of their objects
System knowledge (SAP, EBX)
Solid understanding of data quality & flows: ETL, reconciliation/validation
Ability to engage locally to understand context and propose the most appropriate migration approach aligned with methodology
Ability to manage cross-object dependencies and operate effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem
Transversal management, animating tech and business stakeholders
End-to-end understanding of data quality impacts on migration and processes
Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
