Based on the methodology defined, support NEO local team in the coordination of data cleansing
Onboard the local team for the migration of the data under their responsibility: Leading onboarding workshops, supporting the team in defining the migration approach specificities and mapping
Validate the data migration deliverables
Ensure all tasks related to their objects are delivered within the defined timeline, proactively anticipating risks and coordinating with adjacent objects and teams
Act as first line of support for migration defects and data issues
Support application owners by providing inputs for data propagation and downstream impacts
Lead post-migration REX definition for the assigned scope and entity
Expert proficiency in SAP PP (Production Planning).
Expert proficiency in SAP Data Migration.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
Functional and technical knowledge of their objects
System knowledge (SAP, EBX)
Solid understanding of data quality & flows: ETL, reconciliation/validation
Ability to engage local to understand their context and propose most appropriate migration approach, in line with methodology
Transversal management, animating Tech/Business stakeholders
Ability to manage cross-object dependencies and operate effectively within a complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem
E2E understanding of data quality impacts on migration/processes
Strong affinity with problem-solving with a pragmatic delivery mindset
