SAP ERP Cutover Lead

Responsibilities: As a Deployment Lead:

• Responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, which includes work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources.
• Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor and control progress through the deployment plan.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing influencing and advisory skills.
• You will engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions, providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams and addressing business area challenges.
• Develop innovative strategies to enhance deployment efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate training sessions to ensure all team members are well-prepared for deployment activities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support deployment processes and decisions.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Continuously assess and improve deployment methodologies based on feedback and performance metrics.

• Advanced proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Deployment Countdown & Cutover Execution is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Release Management, Metrics and Predictive Analytics is suggested.
