Job Description
Responsibilities: As a Deployment Lead:
Responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, which includes work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources.
Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor and control progress through the deployment plan.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing influencing and advisory skills.
You will engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions, providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams and addressing business area challenges.
Develop innovative strategies to enhance deployment efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate training sessions to ensure all team members are well-prepared for deployment activities.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support deployment processes and decisions.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Continuously assess and improve deployment methodologies based on feedback and performance metrics.
Advanced proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas is required.
Advanced proficiency in Deployment Countdown & Cutover Execution is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Release Management, Metrics and Predictive Analytics is suggested.
