Responsibilities
Application Management & Support:
- Provide ongoing Application Management Services (AMS) for core finance systems
- Must have experience in handling Vendor Invoice Management (e.g., OpenText VIM, ReadSoft, or similar) and banking interfaces.
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Take ownership of complex technical challenges, particularly related to end-to-end banking integration processes.
Process Optimization & Enhancement:
- Proactively analyze system performance and business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with finance and accounting users to understand their daily challenges and operational pain points.
- Design, propose, and implement system enhancements and process improvements that drive efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
- Lead and contribute to optimization initiatives from conception to completion.
User Engagement & Partnership:
- Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for the business user community.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with users by demonstrating empathy and a genuine interest in their work.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable layman's terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to share best practices and promote system adoption.
