Job Description
As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will also be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative environment.
Develop and implement best practices for application design and configuration.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive innovation within the team.
Advanced proficiency in SAP FI Asset Accounting is required.
Advanced proficiency in SAP FICO Module is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in SAP FICO Configuration is suggested.
