Sap Fico Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Participate actively in Bluefield Migration (Selective Data Transition) from legacy SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private, with strong focus on Finance and Controlling processes.

Analyze existing ASIS finance processes and data structures, and design TOBE solutions aligned with S/4HANA best practices while retaining relevant historical data.

Configure and enhance SAP FI and CO modules to support migrated and new business requirements.

Define and validate data migration scope, including selective historical data, open balances, and finance master data.

Support data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness during migration cycles.

Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure smooth migration of finance-related interfaces, including AP/AR automation and eInvoicing.

Support multiple mock runs, testing cycles, and cutover rehearsals as part of the Bluefield migration approach.

Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), focusing on migrated data, finance transactions, and reporting accuracy.

Identify gaps, risks, and impacts related to legacy processes and data, and propose mitigation or improvement actions.

Provide Hypercare and AMS support post golive, including change requests, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.

Prepare functional documentation, migration validation reports, and operation procedures related to Bluefield implementation.

Requirements & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Strong experience in SAP FICO (FI and CO).

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private.

Experience in AP/AR Automation and eInvoicing is a plus

Good understanding of SAP integration with other modules such as MM and SD.

Experience with Selective Data Transition (SDTI)is a strong advantage.

Experience

Minimum 510 yearsof experience as a SAP FICO Consultant.

Experience in implementation, upgrade, and application support (AMS) projects.

Experience working in an onsiteoffshore delivery model.
