Summary
The SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) Senior Consultant is responsible for implementing and supporting SAP DRC solutions to ensure compliance with global e-invoicing and statutory reporting requirements. This role involves configuring DRC frameworks, integrating with SAP S/4HANA systems, and managing legal mandates across multiple jurisdictions. The consultant acts as a subject matter expert, guiding organizations through regulatory changes and ensuring seamless compliance processes.
Role
- Configure and implement SAP DRC solutions for e-invoicing and statutory reporting.
- Integrate DRC with SAP S/4HANA and other relevant systems.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific legal and tax requirements.
- Monitor global regulatory changes and update DRC configurations accordingly.
- Validate compliance processes and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with external platforms and government portals.
- Conduct functional testing, UAT, and support go-live activities.
- Provide post-implementation support for DRC processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to e-invoicing and reporting compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor for compliance-related queries.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within DRC.
- Stay updated on SAP DRC innovations and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 68 years in SAP consulting, with at least 3 years in SAP DRC implementation and support.
- Proven experience in e-invoicing and statutory reporting compliance projects.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and integration frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of SAP DRC configuration and compliance processes.
- Understanding of global tax and legal reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- SAP DRC or SAP Financial Compliance certification preferred.
