You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage SAP FICO implementations from blueprinting to post-go-live support.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and create detailed functional specifications.
  • Configure SAP FICO modules to meet client business requirements, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders.
  • Collaborate with project teams and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system configurations and customizations are functioning as intended.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of system functionalities.
  • Support post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting and continuous improvements.

Skills/Experience Requirements:

  • Sound understanding of FICO process and be able to provide an optimum solution utilizing processes available in S/4HANA
  • Exposure to ASAP implementation methodologies or any Accelerated methodologies for quick wins
  • Know-how in design & blueprinting, configuration, functional Specification, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance test, authorisation, data migration and cutover
  • Good client engagement skills (requirements gathering, workshops).
  • Having the capability to work on milestone-based deliverables.

Prerequisite:

  • 6 - 10 years experience in SAP Finance & Controlling module with 3-4 full cycle implementation experience of mid complexity.
  • Good in client facing interactions, conducting client workshop, design & blueprinting, configuration, system build, training and cutover

Added Advantage:

  • Prior Real Estate, Construction, Property Development or Plantation industry experience will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to contribute in RFI/RFP response preparation
