SAP Finance Control Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation projects related to sap fico modules
• Configure sap fico modules based on business requirements and best practices
• Provide guidance and expertise in sap fico functionalities and processes
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sap fico with other systems
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for sap fico solutions
• Train end-users and provide postimplementation support and maintenance
• Stay updated on industry trends and sap advancements to continuously improve processes

Requirements:

• 5 years SAP experience including deep business process knowledge across the Finance space
• In-depth knowledge of sap fico modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and controlling
• Proficiency in sap s/4hana and ecc versions
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Experience in sap fico implementation, configuration, and support
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate Financial Accounting with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7
• Previous experience working with a global template for large multinational organizations.
• Prefer some level of prior business experience supporting the Finance function
• Strong functional knowledge of FICO functionality including GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and Treasury, COPA
• Demonstrated capability to graphically document workflow, roles and responsibilities at a functional system user level.
• Demonstrated capability to transform business requirements into functional specifications.
