Job Descriptions

Project Management

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
  • Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical and functional feasibility.
  • Ensure optimal resource availability and allocate time effectively to achieve project success.
  • Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
  • Understand & manage complexities & dependencies across tasks and activities that can affect project performance.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage relationships between IT Organization and Business Stakeholders.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
  • Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
  • Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Manage written and oral communications for project or team tasks including reporting, meetings and facilitating project conversations or workshops when needed.
  • Define, measure and communicate project KPIs to evaluate the health of the project and quality of project delivery.
  • Collect, measure and communicate outstanding issues and bugs, ensuring prompt resolution.

SAP Functional Support

  • Apply strong knowledge of assigned business processes for analyzing, designing, and developing, and testing system functions for assigned business areas to ensure that the supporting systems meet the business requirements.
  • Work with users to gather detailed requirements and develop functional specifications for new system requirements, system enhancements and reporting requirements. Utilize data & process analysis methods and tools to identify system and process improvement opportunities.
  • Functional configuration and maintenance of assigned business systems to support new implementation project requirements and enhancements for changing operational and business needs. Create and maintain system, process, and end-user documentation. Ensure that project requirements, timeline, budget, and scope are met.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices.
  • Development and maintenance of reports using corporate standard reporting technologies.
  • Perform data analysis and support data migration from legacy systems to corporate standard business systems and custom requirements as required. Act as functional bridge between users and technical team, translating business requirements into functional specifications and testing scenarios.
  • Provide user support for business systems related issues including researching transactional issues, identifying root causes and driving resolution. Administer and support application as necessary (login, functionality, reporting, data integrity, interfaces). Maintain support log of issues and requests following corporate's service request guidelines.
  • Ensure all established policies, procedures and controls are enforced and followed.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP functionalities.
  • Lead and mentor functional support team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP functional roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP).
  • Proven ability to lead and manage support teams.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with SAP system optimization and enhancements.
  • SAP certification is a plus.
