Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Tester with strong expertise in SAP WM (Warehouse Management) to support enterprise-level supply chain and warehouse transformation initiatives for CVS Health. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience validating SAP WM processes, executing functional and integration testing, and collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams in large-scale SAP environments.
The role requires deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics execution, and end-to-end SAP testing methodologies within highly regulated enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end functional testing of SAP WM processes across warehouse and distribution operations.
- Validate inbound, outbound, inventory management, picking, packing, putaway, replenishment, transfer orders, and shipping workflows.
- Create and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with SAP Functional Analysts, Business Users, QA teams, and Integration teams to validate system functionality.
- Conduct integration testing across SAP WM and modules such as MM, SD, PP, and EWM where applicable.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, smoke testing, and defect retesting activities.
- Identify, log, track, and help resolve defects using tools such as JIRA or ALM.
- Participate in requirement walkthroughs and provide feedback on testability and business impacts.
- Validate RF device transactions, barcode scanning workflows, and warehouse mobility solutions.
- Analyze warehouse operational flows and ensure SAP configurations align with business processes.
- Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and support test execution during release cycles.
- Prepare testing status reports, defect summaries, and testing metrics for leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise QA standards and healthcare industry operational requirements.
