SAP GRC PC: Application Support Senior Analyst 

Location: Kuala Lumpur

L2 (3-5 years) 

Server: SAP Governance Risk & Compliance Process Control (SAP GRC PC) 

•As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a 

software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues 

within multiple components of critical business systems.  

•You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. 

• Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with 

providing solutions to work-related problems.  

•Advanced proficiency in IT Troubleshooting is required.  

•Advanced proficiency in Engineering Support is recommended.  

•Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation is suggested. 

•Analyze and resolve complex software issues to ensure continuous system 

performance and reliability. 

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and 

prevent recurring problems. 

•Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future 

troubleshooting efforts. 

•Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and proposing innovative 

approaches. 

•Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand system impacts and prioritize 

support activities effectively.
