Role Description

This is an on-site role for SAP HCM Level 2 and Level 3 Support, based in Malaysia. The responsibilities include providing technical and functional support for SAP HCM modules, managing employee master data, resolving system issues, and ensuring optimal operation of SAP systems. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting consulting activities to enhance system functionality and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in hashtag#SAPHCMPayroll across multiple APAC countries

- Hands-on experience with HR Support Packages (HRSP)

- Exposure to SAP HCM system upgrades (hashtag#EHP4toEHP8 is a plus)

- Ability to collaborate closely with ABAP teams

- Good communication skills in English

- Willingness to be onsite during key project milestones as required
