SAP IT Planning Director (IBP/HANA) #AKT

Responsiiblities:

• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Planning leaders to define and execute a digital planning strategy that aligns business objectives with enterprise-wide planning capabilities.

• Lead the deployment, optimization, and governance of SAP IBP solutions covering Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP, revenue alignment, and scenario-based decision making

• Drive integrated planning processes across strategic, operational, and execution levels, including demand forecasting, supply planning, capacity planning, production scheduling, and fulfillment operations.

• Oversee the design and integration of SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless connectivity between demand, supply, manufacturing, logistics, and financial planning processes.

• Lead large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives across multiple regions and business units, establishing governance frameworks, implementation roadmaps, and value realization metrics.

• Drive adoption of SAP best practices, advanced planning capabilities, master data governance, and standardized end-to-end planning processes to improve service levels, inventory performance, and decision quality.

• Build and develop high-performing teams of solution architects, product owners, and analysts while fostering collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and business value delivery across IT

Requirements:

• Proven experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA planning and execution processes

• More than 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning IT leadership roles
