(PMO Lead SAP S/4HANA Rollout)
We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to oversee the end-to-end rollout of SAP S/4HANA, covering all core SAP modules. The ideal candidate will have 810 years of hands-on experience in project/program management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP implementations across multiple industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Oil, Retail & Consumer Goods, etc.).
Key Responsibilities & Expertise
SAP Program Governance & Delivery Excellence:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP program governance frameworks, including project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Ensure the SAP S/4HANA rollout is delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the integration and deployment of all SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM, PM, HR, etc.), ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational continuity.
Business Process Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze current business processes across all functional areas, identify pain points, and propose standardization or automation opportunities enabled by SAP S/4HANA.
- Design scalable, efficient program management processes to improve project visibility, resource utilization, and delivery accuracy.
Cross-Module & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Ensure seamless collaboration between SAP functional teams, business stakeholders, and support functions for unified delivery and operational continuity.
- Handle process dependencies such as data migration, cutover planning, change management, and stakeholder communications.
End-User Enablement & Support:
- Develop and deliver training for project managers, module leads, and stakeholders on PMO processes, SAP program tools, and best practices.
- Provide expert-level support for operational issues such as project delays, resource conflicts, and reporting challenges.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for project plans, governance frameworks, risk registers, and training guides.
