Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on configuration in SAP MDG (BRF+, workflows, data models, creation of a new plant/sales org/country).
- Collaborate with business units to capture MDM requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to master data workflows and rules.
- Participate in testing cycles, documentation, and cutover support.
- Coordinate with the global MDM team and act as local SME for specific domains.
- IDoc Management through WE19/02 etc.
- Data Integrity Audits – reviewing source and destination system alignment on a regular basis.
- Troubleshoot ABAP code issues related to MDG processes, including debugging and performance analysis.
Qualifications and skills
- Experience working in SAP MDG, ECC, S/4HANA environments.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a related role.
- Understanding of master data objects (Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance Related).
- Comfortable working with technical teams and participating in build testing, deployment, and support.
- Hands-on experience with ABAP debugging tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyse ABAP code for error resolution, performance tuning, and functional alignment.
