We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP MM Consultant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of SAP Material Management processes, with the ability to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant with strong expertise across Procure-to-Pay, Material Master, Purchase Orders, Inventory Management, and FICO integration. Hands-on experience with S/4HANAandFioriis highly preferred. Experience working in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or large-scale enterprise environments will be considered a strong advantage. Prior end-to-end SAP implementation experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP MM processes including:
  
  

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  
  

• Material Master configuration
  
  

• Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) management
  
  

• Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and movement types
  
  

• Inventory management and stock monitoring
  
  

• Integration with FICO for account determination and invoice verification
  
  

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and configurations.
  
  

• Configure SAP MM in S/4HANA, including Fiori-based processes and transactions.
  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth integration with FICO, SD, and PP modules.
  
  

• Support project phasesUnit Testing, SIT, UAT, Cutover preparation, and Go-Live support.
  
  

• Create functional specs for enhancements, workflows, interfaces, and custom developments.
  
  

• Analyze system issues, perform root-cause investigations, and implement fixes or enhancements.
  
  

• Prepare process documentation and conduct training sessions for users.
  
  

• Participate in full-cycle SAP implementation projects from blueprint to hypercare.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum8+yearsexperienceas an SAP MM Consultant.
  
  

• Strong hands-on experience in:
  
  

• P2P processes
  
  

• Material Master
  
  

• Purchase Orders & Procurement workflows
  
  

• Inventory management
  
  

• FICO integration
  
  

• Experience with S/4HANAandFioriis preferred.
  
  

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or large-scale enterprise environments is an advantage.
  
  

• Must have participated in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation.
  
  

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
  
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
