Involved in implementation and AMS of SAP (SD) project with OTC order-to-cash Processes
Analyze client's current SD and OTC business processes and identify areas of localization requirements compared with global template.
Adopt and understand quickly and accurately in global template about the SAPSD module to be process expert and able to explain the OTC process.
Integrate the SAP SD module with other relevant SAP modules like Finance (FI)and Material Management (MM).
Develop and implement reports and functionalities to enhance visibility and control over the OTC process.
Test and troubleshoot any issues that arise during or after implementation.
Train client staff on how to use the new SAP SD system for OTC operations.
Communicate effectively with local, global team and IT experts in different systems
Profile
Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineer or any equivalent course
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in SAP SD with OTC or similar roles
Hands-on S4 Hana experience mandatory
Good to be a certified SAP SD Consultant and/or SAP OTC Modules
Strong understanding of SAP SD functionalities, particularly those related to OTC processes (customers, quotes, contracts, orders, deliveries, billing etc.)
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC systems.
Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for automating communication with trading partners.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
Independent with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
