Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Involved in implementation and AMS of SAP (SD) project with OTC order-to-cash Processes
  • Analyze client's current SD and OTC business processes and identify areas of localization requirements compared with global template.
  • Adopt and understand quickly and accurately in global template about the SAPSD module to be process expert and able to explain the OTC process.
  • Integrate the SAP SD module with other relevant SAP modules like Finance (FI)and Material Management (MM).
  • Develop and implement reports and functionalities to enhance visibility and control over the OTC process.
  • Test and troubleshoot any issues that arise during or after implementation.
  • Train client staff on how to use the new SAP SD system for OTC operations.
  • Communicate effectively with local, global team and IT experts in different systems

Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineer or any equivalent course
  • Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in SAP SD with OTC or similar roles
  • Hands-on S4 Hana experience mandatory
  • Good to be a certified SAP SD Consultant and/or SAP OTC Modules
  • Strong understanding of SAP SD functionalities, particularly those related to OTC processes (customers, quotes, contracts, orders, deliveries, billing etc.)
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC systems.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for automating communication with trading partners.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Independent with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
