Primary responsibilities include:
- Project Delivery
- Using deep knowledge of S/4HANA Supply Chain capabilities, leading design workshops with the client and be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis in multiple areas of S4 EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM.
- Leading large Teams in client facing roles in design, development, and implementation of new and improved business processes.
- Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients, Client advisory on S/4HANA led Supply Chain transformation to overcome client's business challenges.
- Ensuring staffing & chargeability of the team members by establishing relationship with client and internal project leads.
- Act as a mentor to ensure team aspirations on career growth are balanced with the firm's expectations.
- Bring deep expertise to strategize and implement SAP S/4HANA Digital Core by operating at the intersection of Business and Technology.
- Networking and Business Development
- Create and manage good independent relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support project and practice leadership in expanding opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning.
- Support practice leadership on solutioning for new business opportunities.
- Support Accenture's pursuits related to S/4HANA Supply Chain opportunities by assisting Request for Proposals and/or Request for Information.
- Developing Thought Leadership and Assets
- Support/develop cutting edge Point of View (POV)/articles on bringing differentiation, Innovation to SAP led transformations.
- Design and build assets that distinguish Accenture capabilities to drive additional business in S4 HANA
- Innovation and Knowledge Management
- Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews, and continuous improvement of the processes.
- People Management
- Support internal capability development through robust training mechanism (design curriculum/deliver sessions).
- Encourage Cross Skilling of the team members in S4 HANA
Qualifications :
- 10 years and above of relevant post qualification experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in Team Management role.
- Minimum of 5 years large scale SAP consulting experience and managing work-streams in a consulting environment.
- Good, in-depth experience in working in one or more of the following areas:
- Knowledge in S/4 HANA led Solution Roadmap and Design.
- Ability to understand and address client's supply chain related pain points and advise best possible solution with S4 HANA at core.
- Functional multi-module experience in S4 EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM with minimum 6-8 end-to-end project implementations.
- Understanding Client's Ecosystem and Architecture Advisory: Experience of integrating SAP S/4 HANA Solution with client's various business applications.
- Should be able to assess the impact & risks and provide value propositions of implementing the SAP HANA solution.
- The candidate should have experience in analysing the AS-IS status and proposing the TO-BE SAP HANA Architecture
- SAP HANA Business Case and Roadmap Definition: Understanding and ability to develop business case focused on S/4 HANA
- SAP HANA Solution Development, Testing and Deployment: In depth knowledge / experience of SAP HANA solution development in S4 EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM.
