Role Overview

An SAP PP Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP ERP Production Planning (PP) module. They work closely with business stakeholders to streamline manufacturing processes, improve planning efficiency, and ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to production and manufacturing
• Configure SAP PP module (BOM, routing, work centers, MRP, production orders)
• Implement and support MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes
• Integrate SAP PP with other modules like:
• SAP MM (Materials Management)
• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• Provide end-user training and create functional documentation
• Support testing activities (unit testing, UAT)
• Troubleshoot and resolve production planning issues
• Assist in SAP upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts
