Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SAP pre-sales activities including solution design, demos and proposal preparation
• Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and position suitable SAP solutions
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
• Prepare RFP/RFI responses, proposals and presentations
• Deliver SAP S/4HANA demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure solution alignment
• Support deal qualification, pricing strategies, and bid management
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor during pre-sales
• Stay updated on SAP innovations, industry trends, and competitors
Required Skills & Experience:
• 8–15 years of SAP experience, including pre-sales or solution consulting
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, SD, MM, or related modules)
• Strong understanding of business processes and solution architecture
• Experience in client-facing roles, especially pre-sales or advisory
• Skilled in preparing proposals, presentations and delivering demos
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Consulting experience is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in consulting firms or SAP partner environment
• Exposure to multiple industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail)
• Knowledge of SAP cloud solutions and digital transformation
• Regional or global project experience is a plus
