A global consulting environment is looking for an accomplished SAP Program Manager (FSCM/FI) to drive large-scale SAP finance initiatives. This role is ideal for a delivery-focused leader who combines deep SAP functional knowledge with strong program oversight and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee SAP FI and FSCM initiatives from initiation through delivery
- Establish and manage program governance, schedules, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
Lead functional workstreams covering:
- Credit Processing
- Dispute Resolution
- Collections Operations
- Translate business needs into effective SAP solution approaches in partnership with technical and functional teams
- Coordinate across regional and cross-functional stakeholders within a complex enterprise environment
- Manage interrelated workstreams and evolving priorities with confidence
- Oversee testing phases, cutover readiness, and production deployment
- Ensure delivery outcomes align with business goals and measurable value
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP, with strong expertise in FI and FSCM
Practical experience in:
- Credit Management
- Dispute Management
- Collections Management
- Demonstrated success leading SAP programs or major implementations
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Exposure to Revenue Recognition and familiarity with Vistex is advantageous
- Background in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other regulated sectors is a plus
