Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage SAP implementation projects using SAP Activate Methodology across all phases: Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across all levels.
Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and governance standards.
Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Drive project quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
10+ years of experience in SAP Project Management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Strong expertise in SAP Activate Methodology and Agile/Hybrid project delivery models.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP Activate Project Manager
Ability to manage multi-cultural teams and work in a global delivery environment.
