Experience - 15+ years

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage the delivery of SAP-related initiatives for our client in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires strong project management skills, a solid understanding of SAP modules (especially in areas such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or HCM), and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and company standards.
• Lead project meetings, including steering committee and change management discussions.
• Manage project budgets, scope, and change requests effectively.
• Ensure user training and post-implementation support are well planned and executed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in SAP project delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering SAP implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects.
• proven track record in managing full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• S/4HANA Certified is a plus.
• Experience working in a multi-vendor or offshore delivery model is an advantage.
• Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur.
