Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site SAP Project Manager role located in Putrajaya. The SAP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, managing resources, and maintaining project quality. The role involves analyzing business processes, facilitating effective communication between teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Additional responsibilities include providing expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance modules and supporting successful project execution from initiation to closure.

·  Excellent in presentation skills including PowerPoint slides preparation and delivering a presentation to project stakeholders and management team.

·      Operate under minimal supervision on medium to large size projects involving multiple products and/or platforms.

·    Managing client and stakeholder relationships.

·     Ensures that all SAP project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives.

·      Leading and coordinating a project team overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables.

·      Manage all change requests (CR) if timeline, scope or resource requirements change.

·      Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.

·      Advising clients on project governance as well as template governance.

·      Develop and oversee detailed project plans.

·      Establish detailed project plans and metrics for reporting, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.

·      Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.

·      Capable of resolving escalated issues.

·      Providing leadership, motivation & coaching to project team members to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

· Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates.

·      Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes.

·      Knowledge in S/4HANA, Fiori and system migration and data conversion steps.
