Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate effectively with all key
stakeholders, including internal departments, external vendors, and the management
team, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables across Finance and Supply
Chain functions.
Project Planning & Execution: Liaise and work closely with the project manager from
the partner throughout the project cycle to develop detailed project plans, schedules,
and resource allocations; coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery of all
milestones.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early, implement mitigation
strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution to minimize project disruption.
Change Management: Facilitate process alignment, manage organizational impact, and
ensure smooth user adoption across both functional areas.
Reporting & Governance: Provide regular project updates, dashboards, and reports to
the Steering Committee and senior management.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet business requirements, system
integrity standards, and audit expectations.
Functional & Technical Responsibilities:
To work closely with our SAP consultant, and support end-to-end procurement, finance and
inventory processes.
To facilitate workshops and finalize requirements from business users.
To prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams &
activities.
To track projects and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
To define and enforce process and configuration standards across FI/CO, MM, SD, and WM.
Responsible for FI/CO, MM, SD, WM blueprint documentation and all the process flow.
Responsible for integration of MM with Finance (FI), Warehouse (WM/EWM), and Quality
(QM) modules.
Participate in analyzing current business processes and identifying improvements using SAP's
best practices.
To track requirements, functional specifications, and system configurations prepared by the
partner.
Oversee configuration of warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory
control, and bin management.
Lead change management & training for end users.
Responsible for validating documenting system configurations and business process flows.
To lead testing (IAT, integration, UAT).
To train internal teams on best practices in SAP FICO/MM/SD/WM
To serve as the go-to expert for integrated supply chain process flows in SAP, from
procurement to warehouse operations to final delivery.
To use system data to identify inefficiencies, track KPIs, and recommend improvements in
process flows and SAP usage
To collaborate with internal controls and compliance teams to support audit requests and
implement corrective actions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
The Project Manager's performance will be guided by a set of KPIs to be defined and endorsed
by the Steering Committee, which will include (but not be limited to):
Delivery of project milestones within the approved timeline and budget.
Quality and completeness of project deliverables.
Effectiveness of stakeholder communication and collaboration.
Timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
Success of change management and user adoption
Qualifications: Educational or Experiential Requirements for the Job
Degree Holder.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of SAP experience in any related modules.
Proven experience in SAP implementation
Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, WM/EWM, and understanding of SAP NW
architecture and ABAP + Fiori.
Experienced large scale project management, including people and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English speaker and writer.
