Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated SAP Recruiter with strong experience in SAP consulting and IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring SAP functional and technical consultants across multiple SAP modules for global clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, consulting roles, and contract staffing models, along with the ability to build strong talent pipelines and maintain relationships with SAP professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP positions including functional, technical, and leadership roles.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, project experience, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
  • Build strong relationships with SAP consultants and industry professionals.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and employment terms with candidates.
  • Work closely with sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements and staffing needs.
  • Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates for contract and permanent roles.
  • Maintain knowledge of current SAP technologies, modules, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 38 years of experience in IT recruitment with strong exposure to SAP hiring.
  • Good understanding of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, BASIS, BW, IBP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.
  • Experience hiring for contract, staff augmentation, and consulting roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and professional networks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Experience working with global clients or consulting companies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for SAP implementation partners or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with global SAP markets (APAC, Middle East, Europe, US).
  • Understanding of rate negotiations and contract staffing models.
