Experience in SAP Release Management - planning, coordinating, and governing all SAP system releases, ensuring smooth deployment into production
Planning release windows and cycles across portfolios components
Managing risks and resolving challenges that impact release scope quality and schedules
Communicating crucial release plans and changes
Maintaining release schedules for every core service and ensuring it aligns with stakeholders
Ensuring that releases operate as per expectations
SAP Transport management Active Control
Reporting on Release metrics
Time Management - plan, prioritization
Basic knowledge of SAP system
Communication skills
Knowledge of Service Management tool like SNOW, ADO etc
Good deep knowledge of Excel
