Job Scope
IT Business Analyst SAP SD
Contribute to Product Innovation & Improvement:
- Transform business requirements into valuable, user-centric & sustainable solutions.
- Develop a detailed understanding of business value, processes & related IT systems, acting as an expert for specific processes & products.
- Contribute to translate business requirements into user stories, considering the entire user journey.
- Assist in developing & maintaining solution architecture, features & user stories.
- Actively participate in the continuous grooming of the backlog.
- Plan & conduct tests, create test matrices, and execute testing.
- Investigate issues & bugs, contributing to their resolution.
Contribute to Support & Operations:
- Monitor & analyse solution usage, initiating follow-up actions as needed.
- Provide support for running products in ServiceNow, including ticket handling.
- Identify product improvement opportunities & ensure their realization in the product development process.
- Manage releases & perform technical maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant education.
- Good experience as an SAP Consultant or IT Business Analyst in SAP ERP modules like SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) or SAP CS (Customer Service) including custom interfaces & system integrations.
- Experienced in working with software development tools (i.e., Atlassian stack, JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with global partners to build bonds, inspire, influence & accomplish goals.
- Demonstrated multi-tasking ability, self-motivation, quick learning agility & ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively work with team members & customers around the globe in a virtual environment.
- Strong proficiency in the English language, an agile mindset, problem-solving skills & a willingness to embrace change & new technologies
Work Location - Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Initial 1 year contract and can be renewable
