Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales Representative to promote and sell SAP solutions, helping clients achieve digital transformation. You will build long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs, provide tailored SAP solutions, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Sales Targets:

Developing holisticsolutionfor engaged clients to maximise the value creation synergy of combining our consulting solution in conjunction of SAP software and related 3rdparties solutions, meeting assigned sales quotas.

Develop new clients and maintain existing client relationships to expand market share.

Client Needs Analysis:

Deeply understand clients business processes and needs, providing professional SAP solution recommendations.

Conduct technical exchanges and product demonstrations to showcase the value of SAP products.

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and execute regional sales plans to ensure sales targets are met.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate closely with pre-sales consultants, implementation teams, and customer success teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Coordinate internal resources to drive the sales process effectively.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular client visits to gather feedback and provide ongoing support.

Market Activity Participation:

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and seminars to increase SAP brand awareness.

Collect market intelligence and provide suggestions for product improvement and market strategies.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience selling SAP products or enterprise-level software, with knowledge of ERP, CRM, supply chain management, and other solutions.

Experience successfully selling SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar products is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with senior executives.

Familiarity with SAP products and their applications, able to provide professional advice to clients.

Strong market analysis and sales strategy development capabilities.

Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and office software.

Speak fluent English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience of software and consulting sales engagements

Proven track record of success

SAP certification or other relevant industry certifications.

Sales experience in specific industries (e.g., Life science, Auto, manufacturing, retail).

Existing client network in multinational or large enterprises is a plus.
