Report Preparation: Extract required data from SAP and prepare reports for management and government stakeholders.
Master Data Management: Maintain and update master data in GEP, ensuring bidder information is accurate and up to date for each tender.
Team Coordination: Collaborate and coordinate with procurement team members, consolidating inputs from various stakeholders as needed.
Project Support Activities: Assist with upcoming project tasks such as cutover activities, ensuring data readiness and validation (e.g., PO closure from a business perspective).
Documentation: Update and maintain relevant documentation, including procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Advanced proficiency in Analytical Thinking.
A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
