Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach Scrum teams in the delivery of SAP Sales solutions across multiple geographies.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and high performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Promote agile best practices and support the professional growth of team members.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 10+ year of working experience in IT field
  • Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in complex, global environments.
  • Prior experience working in SAP-dominated settings is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Experience in the SAP Sales domain is required.
  • Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred
