Job Description – SAP SD Consultant (S/4HANA | OTC | Data Migration)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, SAP SD configuration, data migration, testing, and end-to-end implementation projects. Candidates with Malay language speaking skills will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
SAP SD Implementation & Configuration
- Configure and support SAP SD processes in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Participate in at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Gather business requirements and perform Fit-Gap Analysis.
- Configure SAP SD modules based on business requirements and best practices.
- Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
Data Migration
- Execute SAP SD master and transactional data migration activities.
- Participate in at least one complete SAP data migration cycle.
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, loading, and reconciliation.
- Experience with LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit) is preferred but optional.
Testing & Validation
Prepare and execute:
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Develop and maintain detailed test scenarios and test scripts.
- Coordinate with business users during testing and defect resolution.
Documentation & Support
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and process documentation.
Provide production support and resolve SAP SD functional issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, ABAP, and Basis consultants.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of SAP SD experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Experience in 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Experience in at least one complete SAP data migration cycle.
- Strong SAP SD configuration experience.
- Experience conducting Fit-Gap Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with:
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Test Script preparation and execution
- Data Migration
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit).
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
Experience working with global or multi-country implementations.
Understanding of integrations with SAP MM and SAP FI.
Malay language speaking skills are preferred.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- SAP SD Certification is preferred.
- SAP S/4HANA SD certification is an added advantage.
