Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, support, and maintain packaged/SaaS applications to meet business requirements
Manage application releases, enhancements, and ensure overall system stability
Handle access controls, user roles, and security-related configurations in SAP
Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for better functionality and user experience
Support testing activities and ensure quality standards are maintained
Participate in team discussions, contribute to key project decisions, and guide junior team members
Conduct knowledge-sharing or training sessions on new tools/features

Required Skills:

Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in SAP Security
Good understanding of SAP GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
Knowledge of SAP Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Experience in testing processes and quality improvement
Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Notes:

Experience in ECC redesign is preferred
SAP S/4HANA experience is NOT required
Candidate should have experience working in collaborative team environments and handling production/support activities
