Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Security IAM Specialist with strong expertise in Procurement security, particularly SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass. The ideal candidate will lead SAP security design and implementation, ensuring secure access governance, role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and IAM integration across SAP environments.
This role requires extensive experience leading SAP Security implementations while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and control teams to deliver secure and compliant access management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Security design and implementation for Procurement solutions, including SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA security roles, authorizations, and user profiles across multiple SAP environments.
- Work closely with business users, process owners, and control teams to define appropriate security designs and access controls.
- Design, implement, and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
- Configure and manage SAP security roles, authorizations, and security settings.
- Support audit, compliance, and risk management activities by ensuring security controls align with governance requirements.
- Manage and maintain SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP Cloud security authorizations.
- Collaborate with IAM teams to integrate SAP applications with enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Manage Role Catalogues within Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms.
- Provide security guidance and best practices throughout SAP implementation and enhancement projects.
- Support troubleshooting, user access issues, and continuous improvement initiatives related to SAP security.
Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Security and Authorization.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass security.
- Experience working as a Security Lead in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA security roles and authorizations.
- Strong knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Hands-on experience managing SAP roles, authorizations, and security configurations.
- Experience supporting audit and compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP Fiori Security.
- Experience with SAP HANA Security.
- Experience with SAP Cloud Security.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and SAP integration.
- Experience managing Role Catalogues within Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms such as:
