about the job

  • To execute configuration, deployment, customization & maintaining SAP SF modules.
  • To understand and analyze business requirements related to SAP SF while continously improving business processes & collaborating with different stakeholders
  • Identify key business processes and pain points of the customized solutions
  • Address specific business needs and requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive solution designs, considering factors such as scalability, efficiency, and industry best practices.
  • To lead & work together with other project stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration and implementation of SAP SF.
  • Conduct system testing to validate the functionality and performance of SAP SF.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies, implementing optimizations to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

about the manager/team

You will work with different stakeholders, liasing with internal Project Manager, Key Business Users, Business Analyst, Functional & other Technical Consultants / programmers as well as appointed vendors within SAP SF regional project implementation, enhancement / support role. The client will have a global harmonisation of SAP SF for all entities in various regions & countries to streamline and standardised the HR business function.


about requirements:

  • Someone that is able to speak any chinese language ; mandarin / cantonese or others. The client is European MNC and their main business language is English with majority English speaking employees. However some large productions / factories are based in China therefore Chinese languages capability is highly sought after. No travelling to China required.
  • Someone with at least 5 years of working experience in SAP SF / HCM implementation, enhancement and/or support project either in L2 or L3 is an added advantage but not compulsary.
  • Someone with strong HR business processes and able to further improve HR operational processes within regional and global basis.
  • Those from SAP HCM background is open to apply (can be considered)
  • Someone with at least 1 full cycle end to end implementation of SAP SF / HCM is an added advantage but not compulsary.
  • Those with working exposure / certification in either one of these submodules ; EC / Payroll / Compensation & Benefits / LMS / Succession is an added advantage but not compulsary.
  • Those who has experience in Project Management (etc Agile / Waterfall) or Team Lead is an added advantage but not compulsary.
  • SAP S/4HANA experience is an added advantage but not compulsary.
  • Those with global / regional support / project experience is an added advantage but not compulsary.
  • Someone within FnB industry is preferred but not compulsary.


about the salary & benefits

  • Open for MALAYSIAN & expats who DOES NOT require VISA to work in Msia
  • up to RM 15,000 & can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more
