About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMO Consultant to join our team and support the delivery of HR transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and PMO experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and will coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end project management for SAP SF implementations, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Track and report on risks, issues, dependencies, and resolutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder coordination between client HR teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and vendors.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and governance documentation for senior management.
• Support UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or SAP Activate).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in PMO / Project Management roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, or Compensation.
• Experience with risk, issue, and change management in SAP projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Experience delivering complex, multi-location SAP SF implementations
