Key Skill Requirements
- Deliver SAP technical expertise and operational support in relevant modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, HCM), which will be specified during recruitment.
- Collaborate with Head Office IT and regional business units to define requirements and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related incidents, coordinating efforts across time zones.
- Contribute to SAP projects, including implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Create and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and best practices.
- Ensure effective communication with global and local teams to align priorities and meet SLAs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP support framework.
