We are hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors (SF) EC Benefits Consultant responsible for strong expertise in end-to-end implementations, business process alignment, configuration, rollout, and support within enterprise HR transformation projects. More details as below:

Project Details:

• Start Date: ASAP;
• Duration: 3–6 months;
• Location: Malaysia (Hybrid);
• Rate: Please share expected daily rate in MYR.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience specifically in SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits;
• Strong understanding of business processes and business rationale behind EC Benefits implementations.

Proven experience in:

• End-to-end implementations;
• Rollouts;
• Enhancements/support projects;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within project teams;
• Experience engaging with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional solutions;
• Strong knowledge of configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
