SAP Successfactors Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Team Lead to lead our consultant team and own end‑to‑end project delivery for APAC clients.

What you will do:

Lead the SuccessFactors consultant team, manage project milestones, scope & risks. Perform hands‑on multi‑module SF solution design, configuration, fit‑gap, UAT, data migration, go‑live & hypercare support. Act as key client‑facing stakeholder for requirement workshops, demo and change request management. Review team deliverables and mentor consultants.

Requirements:

✅ 7+ years SAP SuccessFactors functional consulting experience with proven Team / Module Lead track record

✅ Hands‑on multi‑module delivery: EC, PMGM; Compensation / Time / LMS exposure preferred

✅ Strong knowledge in RBP, MDF, Business Rules, Integration Centre, Connectors

✅ End‑to‑end implementation lifecycle experience (Fit‑gap‑Design‑Build‑Test‑Go‑Live‑Support)

✅ Team leadership & client‑facing stakeholder management experience

✅ SAP SuccessFactors certification (Delta updated, EC mandatory)

✅ On‑site Kuala Lumpur, fluent English

Nice‑to‑have: APAC / Malaysia HR statutory knowledge, CPI, EC Payroll exposure.
