Position: SAP Supply Chain & Procurement Consultant

(Contract – 1 Year, Extendable)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Supply Chain & Procurement professional to lead system and process rollouts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will act as the bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring seamless integration from sourcing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of supply chain and procurement systems and processes.
• Gather business requirements, validate system configurations, and ensure alignment with operational needs.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design, build, and implement effective process solutions.
• Support change management initiatives to drive user adoption and engagement.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Define project scope and deployment objectives using strong project management principles.
• Solve complex operational and system issues independently; escalate only critical matters.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain & Procurement, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP MM, PP, or SD modules.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive results.
• Only Malaysian citizens will be considered for this role.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in change management.
• Background in food or confectionary manufacturing is an added advantage.
