Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Lead / Senior Analyst to manage and support the SAP technical landscape. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and security of SAP S/4HANA systems and related cloud platforms.
The position requires strong hands-on experience in ABAP development, SAP Basis administration, and SAP Security & Authorisations, while also providing technical leadership and resolving complex system issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP technical activities across ABAP, Basis, and Security.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and security of SAP S/4HANA and integrated cloud solutions (Ariba, Concur, SAC, BTP).
- Perform ABAP development, debugging, and technical design based on functional requirements.
- Manage SAP landscape operations including transports, upgrades, patches, and releases.
- Oversee SAP security architecture, role design, and SoD compliance.
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex SAP issues.
- Ensure development quality and adherence to clean-core SAP standards.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Review vendor technical deliverables and ensure quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and SAP best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of SAP technical experience.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- ABAP development and debugging
- SAP Basis administration
- SAP Security & Authorisations
- Experience leading or mentoring SAP technical teams.
