Our client, an established private education group is looking for a passionate and experienced School Principal to lead its Forms 1–5 programme across academics, culture, and pastoral care. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead curriculum delivery and academic outcomes across all secondary year groups in line with KSSM
- Coach and develop secondary teachers toward excellent, consistent classroom practice
- Oversee day-to-day school operations, timetabling, examinations, attendance, and discipline
- Champion student wellbeing, pastoral care, and a safe, inclusive school environment
- Use academic data to monitor progress, identify gaps, and drive targeted interventions
- Lead the co-curricular programme including clubs, competitions, and student leadership initiatives
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents through transparent communication
- Partner with the Principal on school improvement planning and whole-school strategy
What We're Looking For
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant discipline; postgraduate qualification in education leadership is an advantage
- Registered with the Ministry of Education Malaysia
- Minimum 8 years teaching experience with at least 3 years in a senior or departmental leadership role
- Strong grounding in KSSM; experience in bilingual or DLP settings is a plus
- A confident instructional leader who knows what great teaching looks like and can coach others toward it
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Data-literate, calm under pressure, empathetic, and leads by example
- A genuine belief in the potential of every student and every teacher
