SCM Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Support procurement and supply chain business analysis and reporting.

Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.

Coordinate and support UAT activities (test scripts, execution, defect tracking).

Support data migration activities, including data validation and business signoff.

Assist business users in understanding new SAP S/4HANA processes.

Support training sessions and postgolive user queries.

Mandatory Experience & Skills

3–6 years experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or SAP projects.

Experience supporting SAP procurement or supply chain processes.

Experience supporting UAT or system rollout activities.

Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have

Prior exposure to SAP S/4HANA projects.

Experience in oil & gas or industrial sectors.
