Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Record and document discussions during risk assessment workshops.
  • Capture hazards, causes, consequences, safeguards, recommendations, and action items.
  • Assist Facilitators in preparing workshop materials and reports.
  • Maintain risk registers and action tracking logs.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of workshop documentation.
  • Compile final reports and distribute approved records to stakeholders.
  • Support quality assurance and document control activities related to risk assessment studies.

Requirements


  • Possesses Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • A minimum of five (5) years experience related to safety & risk in oil and gas industry.
